Our Raw Butter is a world away from the blocks you find at the supermarket. Made from the hand-skimmed cream of our Raw A2 Buffalo and Cow milk, this butter is never pasteurized. It retains its natural probiotic cultures, a complex aroma, and a deep, rich flavor that only exists in the raw state.
What Makes It Special?
Living Enzymes: Most butter is heated until it’s "dead." Ours is alive with natural enzymes and Wulzen Factor (the "anti-stiffness" factor), known for supporting joint health and reducing inflammation.
The "Grass-to-Glass" Color: Our cow butter has a natural golden-tan tint, while our buffalo butter is a stunning, creamy bone-white. No artificial colors—just pure fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E, and K2).
